Founded by a practitioner, not a platform.
Supplied Education is a small, independent education support business. Every tuition session, school project and resource is prepared personally, with a clear focus on assessment.
Sharan Thind Randhawa
I started Supplied Education because I kept seeing the same problem: students who were capable of performing well in exams, but had never practised the right kind of questions under the right conditions.
Good practice is about more than covering the content. Students need to see the real format of the exam, understand what each question is asking for, and learn where marks are most often lost.
Everything we offer is built around that idea — tuition that targets the gaps, support that helps departments teach and assess well, and original practice papers that reflect the real format, demand and marking of the assessments your child or your students will face.
I work with individual families, school departments and tutoring providers across the UK. Whether you need a practice paper, a specialist teacher or support for your team, the conversation starts with me directly.
Five principles behind everything we do
These are not marketing words. They describe how every resource, session and recommendation is put together.
Authentic assessment
Practice materials are written to reflect the actual format, demand and question style of the real exam — not generic questions that happen to cover the same topic.
Clear mark schemes
Mark schemes show how credit is awarded, where marks are dropped, and what distinguishes a good answer from a great one.
Targeted feedback
Gap analysis is built into every pack so that practice produces actionable information, not just a mark. The aim is always to answer: what does this student need to work on next?
Expert teaching
Careful decisions about sequencing and clarity, so that students at each level get what they actually need to hear.
Progress that sticks
One-off practice does not build confidence. Resources are designed to be used in structured, repeatable ways so that improvement compounds over time, not just the week before the exam.
