What personal data we collect and why

Enquiry forms

When you submit an enquiry form on this website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if you provide it)
• The name of your school or organisation (if you provide it)
• Any information you include in your message
• A CV or document file (if you choose to attach one)

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss educational services with you. The lawful basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or, where you provide sensitive information such as a CV, with your explicit consent.

Resource purchases

Practice papers are ordered through the enquiry form on this website. We use the details you give us to confirm your order, arrange payment and send your resources by email. We keep order records for six years, as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If this changes, this notice will be updated and a cookie consent mechanism will be added.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as is necessary to respond to and resolve your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up. If you become a client, we will retain records for the duration of our working relationship and for six years thereafter, in line with our legal obligations.

CVs and candidate information submitted for supply placement are kept for up to twelve months from receipt. If you would like your information removed sooner, please contact us.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data to any third party.

We may share data with service providers who process it on our behalf — for example, the email delivery service used to receive form submissions. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it as directed by us.

We will disclose personal data if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.
